The Christian faith holds love at its centre and guides us to act towards our selves and towards others out of love. It helps us keep our egos in check, knowing there is something (God) greater than our limited understanding with is at work in our lives. My greatest joy over 30 years has been helping people of faith, both Jews and Christians, grow in their relationship with God while negotiating the painful experiences and choices of life. Sometimes it is even our religious community which has been the source of those painful experiences. As a psychotherapist is a Christian and who was trained from a Christian perspective, I am able to integrate biblical principles with psychological techniques. My faith and spirituality directs my life, is at the core of who I am, and how I respond in various situations.
