I Sandra Forbes am an educated therapist with over 25 years of experience. I had a tranformative experience in 1999 that brought me to a knowing of God. Out if this knowing came faith and from faith has come a faith centered approach to counselling. I will offer a listening ear and in a with directness, honesty, support and care will work with you as you move toward a new way of being that will address the issues dear to your heart and help move you toward becoming the person you want to be.
