Loss and grief can affect a group, but is an individual experience. Each individual relationship, or the meaning we attach to something, or to someone, is entirely unique. Each person processes loss differently and we do not dictate what stage of grief we think one should be in, but meet them where they are. We help people identify their loss in terms of what it means to no longer have a certain person, career, ability, etc., in their life. A grieving person needs to be heard and validated as they learn to cope and adjust. We hope to make this journey more bearable as people learn to live with their loss.
