My practice is dedicated to crafting & implementing individualized therapeutic treatments (primarily CBT) that are grounded in existing psychological theory, established & proven through rigorous scientific research, & w/goals for a clients' long-term positive outcomes.

I am a compassionate person who works diligently to understand how my clients experience the world around them and do my best to journey with my clients in a way that empowers them to believe in the truth of their inherent worth and beauty.

I am passionate about connecting with people and helping them to achieve healthy family boundaries, specifically couples, children, and families. I operate from a holistic, systemic perspective in viewing entire relationship systems.
