I am not trained in biblical counseling. Rather I am a Christian who is a therapist. My beliefs are part of who I am and most assuredly influence my counseling. When I have a client who is also a Christian, we pull from biblical principles and faith or spirituality practices and beliefs as a part of the healing process. For individuals who do not consider themselves a Christian, but do consider themselves spiritual individuals, I respect their beliefs and help them tap into their faith for their healing.

I came to love good Christian people of all religions. Faith plays such a valuable role for people's happiness and I welcome therapeutic work that involves a person's faith.
