As a therapist for 18 years I have had the opportunity to counsel children, teens and adults. In a safe and nurturing counseling environment individuals are able to address concerns and issues to discover a path towards recovery and growth.

I can help you with relationship difficulties, managing important life transitions, minimizing depression and anxiety, and managing stress. My practice is primarily devoted to marital, relationship, and couples counseling and life transitions.
