Couples, Families and Relationships I see couples , and families. Communication is key. My approach in dealing with couples is different than most. I have found it to be quite effective. Basically I am teaching skills and habits to create long term relationships.

I work with couples around many issues, including sexual issues. I help couples see the cycles they get into with each other and understand how they are triggered to be reactive. A few of the issues I work with are communication, infidelity, & sexual desire discrepancy.

Our closest relationships provide the sustenance for our emotional lives. When they are stressful or unfulfilling, we feel pain instead of joy. I help couples explore their ways of relating so they can repair what isn't working and find renewed joy in being together.
