I am a limited licensed counselor committed to guiding adults, adolescents, and children into learning how to build effective coping skills and improve their mental wellbeing. I believe in overall wellness and the connection between the mind and the body.

Counseling can be deeply personal and private work that delves into one's psyche and history for answers and solutions, or, a series of discussions about current problems that leads to solutions. I am available for both at my client's discretion.

We help people who feel different, disconnected, and discouraged to discover their strengths, accept themselves, and live fulfilling lives through counseling. We work with kids, teens, adults, seniors, couples, and families. Culturally sensitive and LGBTQ friendly.

We like to create a warm, supportive environment where we help clients understand the good reasons they have for feeling and being exactly the way they are. We find that as clients make sense of and understand these reasons the struggles fall away quickly.
