Out of His character of love and grace He wants to give you life in abundance. I am a deeply spiritual Jewish person, and utilize a spiritual and existential perspective to organize my thinking and my work with patients. The phenomenon of the intergenerational passage of psychological issues, defenses, and abusive behavior relates to a well known quote from Isiah, that "the fathers have eaten sour grapes and the children's teeth are set on edge." Another biblical quotation I find useful in working to reduce guilt and imrpove personal strength and healthy entitlement, is, "If I am not for me, who will be?"

Being a Christian certainly does not keep us from experiencing hard times, emotional struggles, illnesses, or relationship pain. My goal is to help you navigate whatever challenges you may be experiencing, either individually or as a couple, in a way that strengthens your faith and reminds you of the purpose God has for your life.
