For over 25 years I have worked in the specialty of marriage/couple therapy. Affairs do not have to mean the end of a relationship. Unproductive repetitious patterns can be broken. I offer a newly developed service called Discernment Counseling for couples @ crossroads.

I believe that we all need someone to talk with who will really listen and accept us as we are. I provide my clients with a warm, non-judgmental environment- a safe place to explore the issues that may be preventing you from experiencing the relationship you deserve.

I use the concept of PIES which is making sure that married couples have intimacy in the; Physical, Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual areas of the marriage. I also help couples accept their spouses and learn to appreciate who they were and are today. Dating is key.

I teach couples how to communicate as a team. I have discovered that what became a big problem with couples is that they got in a rut, existing on auto-pilot. Whether one or both of you begins therapy, your relationship will improve in studying how it's been going.

Relationships can be a great source of pleasure and at times a great source of stress. We help individuals address the issues causing relational distress, teach relationship skills, and coach clients on how to use the skills to cultivate dynamic relationships.
