I am most often asked to help with communication in marriage, family and other relationships. Each person needs to feel heard and understood in order to feel close. Creating an open atmosphere where creative solutions are found is essential in preserving relationships.

I use the concept of PIES which is making sure that married couples have intimacy in the; Physical, Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual areas of the marriage. I also help couples accept their spouses and learn to appreciate who they were and are today. Dating is key.

I teach couples how to communicate as a team. I have discovered that what became a big problem with couples is that they got in a rut, existing on auto-pilot. Whether one or both of you begins therapy, your relationship will improve in studying how it's been going.
