I believe that we all need someone to talk with who will really listen and accept us as we are, without judgment. I provide my clients with a warm, non-judgmental environment- a safe place to explore the issues that may be preventing you from living the life you want.

I ask clients about their best hopes for each session. I use a direct approach and humor to build rapport and find tools that work. I focus on preserving marriage/family relationships, and support those struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, and divorce issues.

I help clients solve problems of mood, motivation, attention, or behavior using positive researched based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). My specialty is solving problems that occur BETWEEN people: parent-child, couples' conflict & communication, affairs, divorce.
