My approach to family therapy is simple and effective. It is what I jokingly refer to as “English to English translation”. I can teach you how to talk to your teen(s) in a way that will be heard and understood. I can show your children the benefits of talking & listening to you. Once we have improved overall communication in the home problems that do come up will be resolved much faster and with noticeably less stress.
