Hi! My name is Jessica and I'm an EMDR-certified therapist and perinatal mental health certified specialist. I use mind-body therapy approaches to help women, pregnant people, and postpartum parents heal from trauma, release anxiety, feel peaceful, and parent gently.

I love couples' therapy most of all---helping strengthen bonds between people. I love individual therapy as well, and some family therapy. I also help restructure lives due to separation/divorce, including co-parenting therapy and co-parenting education.
