Understanding and Navigating Postpartum Emotions
Led by experienced mental health professionals, our group is tailored to address the symptoms related to both Postpartum Depression (PPD) and Postpartum Anxiety (PPA). We understand that each mother''s journey is unique, and our safe and supportive space is designed to foster connection, understanding, and healing.
What to Expect:
Comprehensive Discussions: We''ll cover the signs and symptoms of PPD and PPA, helping you identify and understand your emotions.
Coping Strategies: Learn practical and effective coping strategies to manage the challenges that come with postpartum emotions.
Safe Space to Share: Open up about your experiences in a non-judgmental environment. Sharing your story can be a powerful step toward healing.
Peer Support: Connect with other moms going through similar experiences. You are not alone, and your feelings are valid.
