Food: Enjoy locally-sourced home-cooked meals. Everyone is encouraged to bring healthy
snacks to share or have as their own. All meals will be prepared as a group. We will use this time to be mindful of what our bodies need and want for nutrition. A menu will be given to all participants beforethe retreat. Please inform us of any food allergies.

will be given once registration has occurred)
• 10 hours of group coaching and guidance, exercises to explore desires and blocks, understanding female arousal, exploring one''s sexual self, and guiding you towards opening to your pleasure. Also, exercises to heal from past sexual traumas, coaching on redirecting negative thoughts and manifesting your Best Life.
• All exercises and skills come directly from my work as a Sex Therapist and Coach. Think of getting months of sex therapy in a single weekend. Many tools are not taught in private sessions and can only be acquired here, for example, vulva mapping, exploring our shadow side, Love Thyself Meditation, and more.
