Mind Body Skills groups are highly experiential and introduce intuition building practices to integrate into your daily life. Mindfulness practices include Meditation, Guided Imagery, Autogenic
training (self hypnosis), Breath Work, Movement, Journal Writing, and Drawing. The group set up includes practice and sharing of personal experience all the while, asking members to look inward rather than outward for guidance.
