Join our skills-based, research-proven group focusing on breaking free from destructive food behaviors and learn how to cultivate a healthy relationship with your body! This is a group for adults who are struggling with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, or disordered eating behaviors. During our weekly sessions, we will teach and practice skills drawn from dialectical behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. The group with be facilitated by a licensed clinical psychologist in Torrance, Los Angeles.

Our purpose is to help people everywhere find great counselors and psychologists. Everyone can have a new start in life.
