Living Life Well is a 6-week group for men and women who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and stress. It is a very interactive, skills-based group, which means that we will discuss, and practice, skills that have been shown to be effective in decreasing feelings of depression, anxiety, and stress. There is brief homework each week.
