Take a moment out of your busy life to practice and learn the tools of Mindful Meditation. Learn the tools to wake up and appreciate each moment as it is presented to you. Develop the skill of using your breath to become aware of your life, the world around you and grow emotionally, cognitively and spiritually. This drop in class offers people, from the first time meditators to the experienced the space and tools to develop a mindfulness meditation practice. Full access to online handouts, and a mental health newsletter to assist you in developing your meditative practice is included in the drop in fee.
