MIDDLE SCHOOL SURVIVAL
5th-6th
grade. Build middle school survival skills related to peer relationships,
organization, and coping with responsibilities.
SOUL SISTERS TEEN GIRLS
Ages 13-17. Peer
support, build communication skills, self-confidence, and self-expression
through the arts (art, music, and theatre).
TEEN CREATIVE EXPRESSION
Ages 14-18. Self-directed
artistic expression. Learn skills
related to goal setting, planning, creativity, and problem solving while
creating visual or performance art.
CHILDREN’S YOGA
Encourages
creativity. Learn unique listening
skills, communication skills, self-control, and increase self-esteem. Yoga Topics include: Under the Sea, Outer
Space, Magic Carpet, Mandala Meditation
