10 sessions with Salima Silverman at House of Gaia. Yoga is a FUN exercise. Increases self-control, self-regulation, self-esteem, focus, flexibility and connection of body and mind. Elevates mood and improves sleeping habits. Family yoga is a fun way to improve relationships with creative and easy to learn exercises for parents and children to participate in together. . Children's Yoga Mondays 5:30-6:30pm ~ $150/10 sessions; Family Yoga Sundays 4:30-5:30pm ~ $100/adult, $50/child
