Passion: I enjoy and am committed to helping you create your best life. I see courage in doing what it takes to move beyond fear, doubt and limiting beliefs to consciously create the vital and empowered life you yearn for. My goal is to help you identify what is contributing to your distress and help lay out a path toward vitality and wellness. You walk the path, but I support you along the way. A lot of compassion and a little humor make the process more enjoyable.

Experience:
As an undergrad in Santa Cruz, CA, I worked with at risk teens in a group home setting, helping them navigate the challenging terrain of adolescence. I also worked with seriously emotionally disturbed children in a residential treatment facility helping the children and their families find new, healthier ways of being together. Since then, I've worked with children, adults and families of all kinds helping them find greater peace and ease with challenges big and small. I've been in private practice since 2009, serving folks in and around Seattle.
Personal:
My husband and I have 3 lovely children who keep us learning and expanding our hearts every day. I find myself saying, "So many books, so little time..." The simple pleasure of reading a juicy book in front of a crackling fire with my animal and human companions - reminds me of the sweetness of life. I feel most centered experiencing the wonders of nature. I feed my creative expression through photography. I bring this passion to clients through phototherapy groups.
