Greetings and welcome to my page. I am a licensed practitioner in the art of healing of the mind, body, and spirit. With over a decade of experience, I have dedicated my life's work to assist those who seek solace and comfort from the burdens of their past and present. Over my career I have helped countless individuals find healing and growth through my compassionate and supportive approach.My approach to therapy is inspired by the teachings of Carl Rogers, who believed that the most effective way to help individuals was through a warm, empathetic, and understanding relationship. I create a safe space for my clients to be open, honest, and vulnerable, allowing them to work through their challenges and find their own answers within themselves. I use a holistic and integrative neuroscience approach, drawing from a range of therapies, including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), psychedelic integration, attachment therapy, ego states therapy, somatic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, resonance and more. I am an EMDRIA Approved EMDR consultant and use my expertise to help my clients and to also teach and guide other therapists in their professional growth.
