Welcome!

My name is Toni Harris, and I am a Registered Psychologist in the province of Alberta. I believe strongly in utilizing a client-centered and holistic approach, and I incorporate a number of therapeutic modalities into my practice. I am a firm believer that therapy should address your specific concerns and desired outcomes, rather than utilizing a "one size fits all" approach. In addition, I believe that therapy should empower you with useful tools and information, and that short-term counselling is often able to address concerns and initiate change. I am committed to developing collaborative and respectful relationships with my clients so you are able to safely address vulnerabilities. I am passionate about my role in assisting people on their journey from a place of "surviving" to one of "thriving". I recognize the importance of integrating mind, body and spirit, and that this journey of self-discovery can result in increased awareness of one's purpose and potential. I truly believe in fostering an empowering, holistic, non-judgemental and client-centered approach in facilitating meaningful change.

I am a passionate about continuing education, and have pursued ongoing training, development and mentorship in a variety of diverse psychological theories and various counselling and coaching approaches. I am a member of the College of Alberta Psychologists, Psychologists Association of Alberta, and the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology.

Now offering Equine Facilitated Learning sessions! Take your therapy session out of the office and into the barn and great outdoors where you can immerse yourself in a powerful experience based around the wisdom of my beautiful equine friends. Come spend a session reconnecting to to the Earth, becoming more "horse like", and expanding yourself in deep and profound ways.
