I help women in their late 20s to 40s who’ve left emotionally abusive relationships but feel stuck in their healing journey. Together, we work on rediscovering their identity, rebuilding self-trust, and transforming their pain into a purposeful, empowered life. They come to me ready to break free from the past and step into a future where they feel confident, strong, and truly themselves
I realize that no two people are the same and as such, tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. I use an integrative approach using evidenced-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in collaboration with Humanistic Therapy. By developing healthy coping strategies and receiving supportive feedback, I can help you achieve increased insight, improve self-awareness, and create a greater sense of overall happiness in your life. My goal is to help you feel empowered to become the best version of yourself and regain a sense of control in your life.
