I specialize in helping a wide variety of people to recover from Anxiety Disorders and Depression, so they can return to living the life they want, and deserve. Many who suffer from anxiety and depression are highly intelligent and creative, but their struggles with excessive anxiety and/or depression keep them from expressing their creativity in the ways that matter to them. With help to overcome the anxious and depressive symptoms, they can be free to show up in the world in the ways that are meaningful to them.
I also specialize in working with adult men to overcome the deep wounds that unhealthy parenting and society can inflict. Men have a particular way of both suppressing and expressing their wounded selves, and so often are not living the lives that they truly desire. I love helping men to process and overcome the difficulty of their parenting, since I believe it helps not just the individual men, but future generations as well. This can be very difficult work to do, but with good care and support, you can work through your childhood and live your life to the fullest.
