Trinity completed her undergraduate degree in Neuropsychology followed by her Master of Counselling degree. Intrigued by the human psyche, science, and spirituality, Trinity pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Metaphysics and Pastoral Counselling.

My goal is to provide a safe place for you to explore your personal values, shift how you relate to yourself, and build on your life and coping skills.

Finding one's way through the stormy days and nights sometimes requires a highly experienced guide. Self-limiting thoughts and feelings can be overcome. Joy and love can be realized by means of a skillful blending of Eastern and Western modalities.

Being collaborative, non-judgmental and creating a trusting relationship are the key elements to the success of our work together. Change is difficult, but I hope that you choose to give yourself the gift of choosing what you want for yourself and your relationship.

I’m Tim, and I help others break free from “just surviving,” and get back to happy, engaged living. With caring, humour, and evidence-based techniques, I guide clients to access their own power and wisdom, and find lasting answers to tough life problems.

I have no doubt that at our core, we are all unconditionally good. At times we may feel disconnected from this truth about ourselves or others. As you psychologist, I will provide a confidential and compassionate setting to get you tuned back into your best self.
