I am passionate about helping my clients develop healthy and
fulfilling relationships, and guiding them to feel more confident,
satisfied, and empowered in their individual and romantic lives. I
utilize a collaborative approach to help individuals and couples work
through their challenges, build greater intimacy, and improve their
relationships.
People often get caught up in negative, repetitive patterns that
inhibit them from living their lives to the fullest. My goal is to help
you achieve self-understanding, break out of those negative patterns.

trained in multiple specialized methods in the treatments of sexual and
relationship issues, as well as in the treatment of other mental health
issues. I believe every person is unique and that no one approach fits
everyone. Therefore, I utilize various modalities, including Mindfulness
Based Stress Reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally
Focused Therapy, Internal Family System, and Gottman Method.
