As a practicing Registered Psychologist with Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE) and extensive training and experience with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I hold strong assessment and trauma treatment skills. I spend the first few sessions asking a variety of questions to help identify any factors that may be contributing to your difficulties. You will then be provided with evidence based treatment options based on your unique needs and goals.

I also provide mental health assessments, ADHD assessments, and intellectual disability assessments to children, adolescents and adults.

I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities (e.g., DBT, ERP) to meet individual needs, however, EMDR is my primary therapeutic modality. I have found EMDR to provide more than just symptom management for clients! What I hope and am passionate to offer to my clients is support, understanding and tools to facilitate understanding, healing and well-being.
