I primarily work with people who have experienced various kinds of trauma and want to explore change through understanding and healing their inner parts. By working with all aspects of a person we can release old negative beliefs and emotions that no longer serve them.

At Begin Within Psychology, I create emotional safety quickly by listening intently and asking many open-ended questions. I want to learn about you so we can begin to identify the areas that need the most help and support.

I am a highly experienced psychologist. I have been successfully helping people for over 30 years. I do this by really listening to you and helping you find new perspectives and solutions to the issues and problems you bring.

I am very passionate about my chosen counselling career and consider my work with clients a privilege. I engage with clients in a professional, non-judgmental, genuine, authentic, compassionate, and honest manner. I am client-centered and use a collaborative approach.
