SAGE has developed a versatile model that ensures quick and easy access to any number of our services based on each person’s clinical wellness needs. Where other providers may have wait times and wait lists, our professional masters and doctorate level practitioners aim to offer clients an appointment within five business days, with evening availabilities often available to accommodate client schedules and preferences.

Geographically Convenient and Accessible
Throughout Canada SAGE offers clients with access to three modalities of service including face to face, telephone and encrypted video based counselling. Our confidential and exclusive video-counselling platform called SAGEnow, provides convenient access to counselling services to those preferring the modality, living in rural or international areas, or who may have barriers related to transportation or mobility.
No Wait Times
We recognize the importance of ensuring timely access to services. By using our extensive network of contracted service partners, SAGE has no wait lists for counselling services and pledges to offer appointments within 5 business days for most of its services. For critical situations, we provide services within 24 hours, often on the same day.
Cost
The cost of the service varies according to the type of service needs identified. In many cases, the costs of counselling and psychological services are covered by health insurances or other forms of employee benefit plans. Please contact us for more information on direct billing options that may exist through your health insurance, employee assistance program, or other government supported referral sources.
