We're a team of experienced, skilled, and highly trained counsellors proudly serving Nanaimo, the mid Island region, and beyond.
Whether you are looking for individual, family, or couples therapy, and whether you are young or old, we've got a clinician who is right for you! We have many decades of clinical experience within our team of therapists, and we regularly consult together so that we can learn from one another and constantly improve our service delivery. We're covered by most insurance companies. (If insurance coverage is important to you, please do look into the specifics of your policy’s allowances and credentialing requirements: we have Registered Clinical Counsellors and Masters-level Registered Social Workers on our team.)
We are warm and empathetic listeners, but we also bring a broad range of clinical expertise, and we strive to provide practical tools and resources to support you toward your specific personal goals. Our first session with you will typically consist of getting to know one another, getting some relevant history, and making a plan together for how best to move forward. If you’re a person who likes homework and stuff to work on right out of the gate, we can help with that. If, instead, you’d prefer a slower pace, we can do that too.

Our comfortable and confidential offices are located downtown, just below city hall, and not far from the Old City Quarter.
