I have spent over two decades in psychotherapy and counselling roles across the GTA. In addition to extensive private practice experience, I have also supported clients in corporate, educational, correctional, and not-for-profit settings.

I specialize in individual counselling for clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem & identity issues, and life transitions. I am a kind, empathetic listener, and I pride myself on the wealth of wisdom and lived experience that I bring to every session.

My clinical work is heavily influenced by Narrative and Person-Centred Therapy. On top of this, my educational background—undergraduate studies in English Literature, Theology, and Cognitive Psychology; as well as a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology—greatly informs my therapeutic approach.

In short, I strive to help clients ask the Why? question, then support them with the tools to find their own answer.

WHY do I keep living out the same patterns?

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), as well as being a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP).

On the personal side, I have been married for over twenty years and have four children. I enjoy spending time with family, bingeing historical documentaries, middle distance running, and spoiling my three year-old havapoo, Ollie.
