I specialize in individual and couples therapy, relationship strengthening, boundaries therapy, and ADHD support, offering a supportive and inclusive space for healing and personal growth.
 
I help individuals navigate anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, and emotional dysregulation, integrating evidence-based approaches like DBT, CBT, and mindfulness.
