As a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Registered Social Worker, I bring over two decades of experience in the social service sector. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges. My commitment is to foster personal growth and help my clients build stronger, healthier relationships.

My work focuses on individual and couples therapy, where I offer an inclusive, respectful, and supportive space. Every client deserves to feel valued and understood, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment where these principles are at the forefront. Whether dealing with personal issues or seeking to strengthen your relationship, I’m here to support you with tailored care that aligns with your unique needs and circumstances.

My person-centred and evidence-based counselling approach reflects my commitment to ongoing professional development. Over the years, I have pursued extensive education and training in various therapeutic modalities, ensuring I bring a well-rounded and informed perspective to each session. This continuous learning allows me to integrate the most effective strategies and techniques into my practice, empowering my clients to make meaningful life changes.

In addition to my professional qualifications, my personal experiences deeply inform my work. I understand the complexities of life and relationships and approach each client with empathy, compassion, and a practical mindset. My goal is to help you address the challenges you’re facing and equip you with the tools and insights needed to thrive long after our sessions together.

I’m currently accepting new clients for both in-office and online counselling sessions.
