Approach:
Pamela's approach to therapy is unique in that she combines traditional psychotherapy with both empowerment coaching and energy psychology. She specializes in energy psychology, personal empowerment, and inner transformational work. By helping her clients to shift their thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and feelings; she is able to help them manifest the inner and outer outcomes that they desire.

Pamela believes in the best possible outcomes for her clients even when they are unable to see the possibility of feeling, thinking, or experiencing anything different for themselves or in their lives. Most people come to her because they report "not being ok" or "not feeling ok" and they state that they are no longer willing to live this way. Her clients often report being "fed up" and feeling "stuck" when they come to her because they want to feel better but they don't know how to do it on their own.

Pamela believes that her clients' feelings and their deep core beliefs shape their individual realities. By helping her clients to create purpose and find meaning in their lives, they are then able to fully step into their power and experience fulfillment in their lives.

She does this by meeting her clients where they are currently and by supporting them in their journey to where they want to be. And, at the same time, she is able to hold their vision of what is truly possible for them. Pamela is a natural motivator and she inspires her clients to shift their lives for the better.

Most of her clients share similar goals of reaching their highest potential, creating more abundance, happiness, joy, love, confidence, radiance, personal power, and overall success with themselves, in their relationships, and in their lives.

Pamela is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, EMDR trained Practitioner, Brainspotting Practitioner, Certified Law of Attraction Coach, Certified EFT Practitioner, Certified Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, PSYCH-K Facilitator, Reiki Master, and she holds a Master's Degree in Counseling.
