Telehealth is convenient in terms of location and it can be helpful in terms of finding better times to meet. Our approach is to do a consultation with you, so that you can familiarize yourself with our process and feel free to ask any questions that you may have. We want you to be as informed and as comfortable as possible. It makes it easier for you to adjust to online therapy. However, if you already know what you want, we will be happy to get you scheduled as soon as possible.
We make sure to move at a decent pace during our sessions, but it is also important to us that you give us feedback. We want to help you do the work that is most effective to you. Where else would be a better place to say freely what is on your mind than your therapy sessions.
