Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital has locations in Chandler, Arizona, and Gilbert, Arizona. The Chandler location offers both inpatient and residential care, while the Gilbert location offers outpatient care only. Both locations welcome men and women and have programs for adolescents and adults. Programs for adolescents ages 11-17 include inpatient care, residential care, and outpatient care. Inpatient treatment options for adolescents include short-term care, 24-hour care, and hospital residence. These inpatient programs are designed for adolescents who are in need of immediate support for crisis management and stabilization. Residential treatment center care is open to adolescents who need intensive care for behavioral, emotional, or substance use disorders. Adolescent outpatient care allows patients to remain at home and attend weekday programming. This program is well-suited for young people who do not need intensive support. Programs for men and women age 18 and older include inpatient and outpatient care. Adult inpatient treatment at Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital serves individuals who are experiencing a psychiatric crisis. Short-term care, 24-hour care, and hospitalization are all available. Outpatient care is a step down from inpatient care and is designed for adults who can live at home and benefit from weekday programming. The addiction treatment center at Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital offers treatment programs for addictions to methamphetamine, cocaine, alcohol, and prescription drugs. The mental health treatment center offers treatment for a number of mental health concerns, including ADHD, PTSD, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, psychosis, self-harm, and more. Therapies for addiction feature a variety of evidence-based methods, such as medication, group therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy. Individualized treatment plans at Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital offer unique opportunities for patients. Adolescents who are enrolled in residential treatment attend classes daily at the center’s fully accredited school. Adults and adolescents can both participate in experiential therapy programming in addition to traditional methods. Available options include art, outdoor excursions, and Bible study. Alongside cognitive behavioral therapy and outdoor therapy, Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital offers the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration-approved “Living in Balance” (LIB) program. The focus of LIB is relapse prevention. The program consists of a series of experiential training exercises like role-play, relaxation, and discussion and is available for both adolescents and adults. These interactive sessions enhance the participant’s ability to function in areas of life that may have been neglected due to substance use. Topics like social well-being, vocational development, sexuality, spirituality, and leisure are discussed. Sessions include time to process personal challenges related to these topics and to teach patients new skills for coping with daily stressors outside of the treatment facility. Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital is a leading center in value-driven treatment. We weave together the core concepts of recovery, support, empowerment, and compassion to create programs that are highly effective for patients of all ages. Treatment programs are open to people of all age groups. Recreational therapies, including yoga, team sports, and aquatic recreation, help clients benefit from treatment on a deeper level than they may have ever believed possible. The staff includes medical and behavioral health experts and recovery experts. Telehealth appointments are also available.
