Hello! I am currently only scheduling individual consultation meetings for adults who are considering group psychotherapy. My therapy groups are for adults with mixed issues who are evaluated to be compatible with one another. Consider exploring an extremely powerful technique that often helps people more expediently than individual therapy!

After an initial individual intake meeting we will decide if there is a group in my practice that is appropriate for you. Groups are open ended in duration and in an open format that is guided by the therapist towards interactions and topics that are beneficial to the members. Some members benefit by also being in individual treatment with myself or another therapist.
Is your relationship with yourself or important people around you diminished by problematic thoughts, feelings or behaviors? Are you having difficulty reaching goals in work, school, family or other significant areas of your life? With over 20 years of clinical experience helping adults, couples and children overcome such issues, I bring a thoughtful, sensitive, accepting and thorough approach to the work.

I have been effective working with a wide range of ages and backgrounds on issues such as depression, anger management, anxiety, relationships, stress, transitions, behavior problems, mood disorders and many others.
