Everyone struggles with different issues at different times in their life. I am here to help pinpoint and explore with you the root cause of the concerns that you bring to me and promise to address it in a non-judgemental and productive manner. Together we may explore a large variety of topics such as childhood, family of origin, patterns of behavior, and attachment just to name a few, in order to get to the underlying cause. I've always been told my entire life that I am easy to talk to and open up to, and I take pride in providing a safe environment for my clients whether individual or couples.

I have worked as a healthcare professional for many years. I respect my client's confidentiality, and feel privileged to be able to provide care for people when they are at their most vulnerable. This is what led me to become passionate about my job as a therapist. I provide a supportive environment where clients can address their concerns, challenge some of their thoughts and find solutions. I am also married with 3 adult children and personally know the complexities and stressors that come with family relationships.

I have helped clients and couples see a different perspective related to the issues that they bring and have struggled with for many years. I love the challenge of helping my clients see a different perspective that they may not have considered, and then seeing the positive changes that come out of it. I consider it an honour to be on that life journey with them.
