Monique Martinez is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from California State University Dominguez Hills. Monique utilizes techniques from Humanistic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy.
Monique Martinez has experience in working to support and help individuals since 2013 when she began mentoring at risk youth and providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children as young as 2 years old. Through her passion for helping individuals who had a lot to gain from support and being taught skills to better themselves, she sought out an advanced degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. Monique has extensive experience in working with children, youth, and adults with a wide variety of disabilities. She has worked with families in crisis, engaged in reunification therapy, and has provided general parenting counseling.
