Molly brings a unique blend of addiction counseling and adventure therapy experience, having explored human behavior and mental health across various cultures worldwide. Fascinated by the brain's complexities, she thrives on those “Aha!” moments when clients start to understand their own minds. Molly is deeply motivated to help individuals achieve greater well-being and connect with their healthiest selves.
In her sessions, Molly takes a collaborative approach, working with clients to set goals and intentions that guide their self-exploration. She’s known for creating a compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental space that fosters honest reflection.
Molly is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC, a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with the ACCT, an EMDR provider, and holds a Master’s degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from King’s College London.
