We are a therapist owned, Michigan based private mental health practice.

We are accepting new clients for our CADILLAC office. We also offer mental health therapy throughout Michigan. We work with individuals, couples, families, kids, and relationships.
New MARQUETTE office opening August 1st, 2024.

We work with most health insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, and offer an affordable income based sliding scale, and offer a limited free service for those that qualify.

In partnership with clients, we develop and use existing interventions and make cultural adaptations to meet the client’s unique needs. We always use a collaborative approach; and believe clients should be involved in choosing their treatment in every step, and encourage clients to be fully engaged in what they are feeling in terms of the process or interventions. All therapists work from a trauma-informed and trauma-focused perspective. We work to meet you where you are and honor your story and experience.

We offer virtual (telephone or video) to anyone throughout the State of Michigan. We have a physical (in-person) office in Cadillac, with a second office opening August 1st, 2024 in Marquette.
