Our Team:

Michele Reynolds MSW, RSW: Clinic owner with 20 years of Mental Health and Addictions professional experience and provides in person services. Michele provides counselling services for a wide range of issues. She sees couples, individuals and facilitates groups. She specializes in Trauma and has practised EMDR since 2011. Michele offers supervision and training to Mental Health professionals. She is an experienced speaker for a variety of industries and companies offering teachings for every level of audience.

Stephanie Henthorn MSW, RSW: Clinical Supervisor with over 20 years experience working with Disabilities and Mental Health and Addictions. She provides therapy for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Stephanie has an amazing skill at reaching people's strengths to move forward.

Melissa Borland MSW, RSW: Our virtual only clinician who has 5 solid years working with Mood Disorders, Psychosis, and Addictions. She provides services in British Columbia and Ontario within a very flexible schedule. She is has extraordinary empathy and encourages healing from a non-judgemental and strengths perspective.

Amelia Pendleton MSW, RSW: Amelia provides in person counselling services using her 10 years of professional clinical experience and empathetic approach. She provides clarity and coping skills for anxiety, depression, addictions, and relationship issues. Amelia has a positive personality that encourages and leads her clients forward.

Tayra MacMillan MSW, RSW: Tayra has a clear passion for providing therapy to a wide range of clients including elders. Her clinical background includes community work with mental health and addictions since 2017. She provides caring services to help with anxiety, depression, and grief. Tayra's passion has led to excellence in her skills.

Abby Vokes: Abby is a refreshing, intelligent assistant working with our team throughout the summer. You may hear or see her in the office or in our trainings. As a university student herself and a background working with children and youth, she has made our drop in youth program a reality.

We happily accept interns who enable us to offer services as a reduced cost.

Our current intern is Ciera Beresford, RN and Qualifying Psychotherapist. She has worked in Mental Health and Addictions programs in the hospital setting as a Registered Nurse and completed her program for psychotherapy. She is currently accepting clients to work through anxiety, depression, grief, and personal growth. She is supervised by Michele Reynolds which allows each of her clients to benefit from both of their experience.

Our team is available for new clients and each clinician will provide consultation at no cost.
