I have a very down to earth, direct, yet compassionate and caring style of relating to my clients, always with a sense of respect and appreciation for whatever they are going through at the time. I work with practical tools we know can help. I utilize Cognitive therapy, a Mindfulness practice, Emotionally Focused Therapy and hypnotherapy when it is applicable with my clients.
