"How do I connect with my teen?"

Parenting is hard. In fact, it may be the hardest thing we do in our lives. At Mindful Psychology and Wellness Centre, my team and I are here to support your family's journey and guide you in nurturing kindness, resilience, and confidence in your child and your relationship with them.

I am a registered clinical psychologist providing assessment, consultation, and treatment to children, adolescents, and parents.

I am passionate about supporting families in their well-being through an evidence-based and individualized approach. My approach with my clients is one of compassion and authenticity to develop a trusting relationship and a safe space, essential elements for any therapeutic progress.
