  • Mindfulness - Mindfulness helps clients learn to be in the moment and focus on the present, to feel their feelings, and to improve awareness. 
  • EMDR - For clients dealing with trauma, EMDR is an invaluable tool that helps separate the memory of a traumatic event from the powerful emotional response it elicits. Marina is trained in EMDR. 
  • Couples therapy – Marina uses a number of different tools and modalities to work with her couple clients and to help them achieve their relationship goals. 
  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) - CBT helps clients uncover and disrupt unhealthy patterns in their lives.
