Action Relational Therapy of FL. offers three different programs: Couples and Family therapy, Teens and substance abuse, and Teens and children not experiencing substance abuse. Anger management is an essential part of all programs. We provide two-for-one treatment options, that no one else does.  For example, a couple will have the chance to work toward achieving their goals for their relationship while learning effective skills to decrease negative expressions of anger. Most teens and children experience anger along with the main problem that brings them to therapy, so their treatment will always include the development of effective skills against anger at no extra cost.

Our relational skill building interventions give clients opportunities to identify, develop and apply effective skills that will better every dimension of their lives. This multi-dimensional approach succeeds greatly because no stone is left unturned; all issues that are important in peoples' lives, no matter where (school, work, home, etc)  are addressed and targeted. Life does not present us with one single problem at a time. If you have a beach ball that has ten holes, you would not patch only one in an effort to repair the ball.
