Located in Conway, Arkansas, Little Creek Behavioral Health is a leading residential treatment center for children and adolescents. Our comprehensive treatment services are designed specifically for patients ages 6-17 and are delivered in a highly structured and supportive environment. Our compassionate and experienced staff can help your child work toward healing from the symptoms of mental health concerns while providing stability and security to families in need. At our residential treatment center, we provide targeted care for young people who have behavioral health concerns through programs that can help them heal and grow. Disorders we treat include depression, anxiety, impulse control disorders, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, and co-occurring addictions. We can also accept patients who have complex trauma histories or behavioral health symptoms that have not responded to previous treatment attempts. By providing individualized mental health treatment alongside educational programming, children can learn to manage symptoms and develop healthy coping mechanisms that can last a lifetime. Our team of professionals typically meet with each patient at least once a week in individual therapy, several times a day in group therapy, and in family therapy on an as-needed basis. Our clinical team consists of master’s- and Ph.D.-level professionals who participate in the day-to-day care of patients. The typical length of stay at our treatment center averages between six and 12 months; however, the actual amount of time a child spends in treatment will depend on their specific needs. At Little Creek Behavioral Health, we believe that you should not have to choose between your child’s mental health and their education. Educational services play a pivotal role in our treatment process. Our Education Services Program has extensive therapeutic support in place for children who need assistance, as many of our young patients have challenges in academic and social settings. Our staff members stand ready to support your child and can help them thrive in a warm, accepting atmosphere. Furthermore, the Education Services Program at Little Creek Behavioral Health meets the state’s education requirements and includes credit recovery so that your child should not fall behind academically while in treatment. We believe that our supportive environment can encourage learning and growing in a safe space and can keep children on track to meet their educational goals. At our treatment center, we also offer a unique service for children and adolescents ages 6-17 who are deaf or hard of hearing. The Deaf Connections program at Little Creek provides individualized educational programming and comprehensive therapies and services to children who have total or partial hearing loss.
