My approach
My approach to therapy is tailored to address both immediate concerns and deeper issues. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with psychodynamic techniques to support you in different ways. CBT provides practical tools for managing distressing symptoms, to help you build coping skills and reframe negative thought patterns. By working on these thought patterns, you can begin to feel more in control of your emotional responses and find relief from overwhelming feelings. Psychodynamic therapy complements this by exploring the underlying roots of your struggles—such as past experiences and unresolved conflicts that may still impact you today. Together, these approaches help address both surface-level issues and the deeper foundations of distress, offering tools for immediate relief and long-term growth.
