I work with adult individuals and couples to address the challenges that can arise—whether it’s managing anxiety, overcoming depression, improving relationships, navigating parenting, or healing from past trauma.

My approach involves a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to bolster coping skills and replace negative thought patterns with healthier ones, and psychodynamic techniques for deeper exploration. This blend allows us to unearth the roots of persistent issues and guide you towards lasting change.
